Orien Gloves ships products to customers worldwide. We supply custom leather gloves to wholesalers, businesses, and individual buyers in many countries.
Shipping options and delivery time depend on the destination and shipping method.
Processing and Production Time
Most of our products are custom-made or produced according to customer requirements.
Production usually takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on:

- Product type
- Design or customization requirements
Customers will receive an estimated production time when the order is confirmed.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time after production:
- Express shipping: 3 – 7 business days
- Standard international shipping: 7 – 15 business days

Custom products are made according to the specifications provided by the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Products

- Different from the agreed specifications
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order.
You may be asked to provide photos or videos of the issue so we can review the situation.
Return Approval
If the issue is confirmed, Orien Gloves may offer one of the following solutions:

- Full refund (in rare cases)
The solution will depend on the nature of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items

- Orders approved by the customer before production
